• Alex: Maintainership process proposal (gist) – rough consensus to share with community? If not, will go ahead and do so now.

  • James: Will take a look and reply back.

• Alex: Status on TSC chair vote?

  • Alain: Three decisions: 1) Alex as TSC Chair, 2) Whether GitLab joins? 3) How the TSC membership policy exists: separately or via charter modification.
