  • FIDO specification has been release and press release to go out soon . Rich working on getting an LF pointer as part of the press release.

  • Discussion on the new name for the project . Everyone to let Rich know if they have suggestions for the name.

FDO 0.5 Release Status / Update

  • On track for release on April 30th. 

  • We will release Production quality of protocol implementation of Client Intel FDO (Intel proprietary)  and PRI FDO

  • Client SDK FDO will be release with a Beta quality. 

  • We will also release EPID Verifier service source code for EPID based device attestation 

  • Open source Smoke tests will also be release

Update on the Technical Subcommittee

  • Tushar has started reaching out to a few members of the tech committee. 

  • Bruce would like to be a part of this committee

  • Tushar working with LF Edge IT team to analyze the RV server hosting

Update on SDO / Open Horizon Working Group

  • Open horizon has already integrated SDO 1.9 and  SDO 1.10.1 . Once FDO release is available, Open Horizon to move to FDO 1.11 as soon as it is available

Update on the goals for the Project Subcommittee

  • Plan is to have a document out by end of April for review/feedback

  • 2 broad goals: Support LF Edge Projects (SDO integration across LF Edge Projects). Providing developer tools that assist in compatibility testing and rapid development.

  • Feel free to contact @Rich Rodgers with additional ideas around Project goals

  • Feedback from FIDO team - Would like to see Project change the name from Secure Device Onboard
