Envoy is a modern visitor management system designed to streamline check-ins and event registrations, providing a seamless experience for both event organizers and attendees. If you’re attending an event that uses Envoy, you’ll receive an invitation via email that allows you to pre-register and simplify your arrival process. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to accept and manage invitations through Envoy.

Once you receive an Envoy invitation in your inbox, open the email and look for a button or link that says something like “Accept Invitation” or “Register Now.” Clicking this link will redirect you to a webpage where you can confirm your attendance by filling in your details, such as your name, email address, and any additional information required by the event organizers. This pre-registration process allows you to save time during check-in, as your details will already be in the system when you arrive at the event venue.

 

After completing the registration, you may receive a QR code or unique registration code. This code will be important on the day of the event as it allows you to check in quickly by scanning it at the front desk or registration kiosk. If you’re attending multiple days of an event, your registration should carry over for the entire duration, so you won’t need to repeat the process each day.
