InfiniEdge AI Technical Steering Committee (TSC) Weekly Meeting
Purpose:
The InfiniEdge AI TSC weekly meeting serves as a central forum for project leads and committee members to discuss technical issues, review project progress, and make decisions related to the project’s technical direction and roadmap. This meeting ensures continuous alignment on project goals, addresses challenges, and facilitates collaboration across different teams and stakeholders.
Agenda:
1. Updates and Progress Reports - Review of the latest developments, achievements, and milestones.
2. Technical Discussion - In-depth discussion of ongoing technical challenges, architectural decisions, and potential improvements.
3. Roadmap Planning - Updates and deliberations on the project roadmap, upcoming features, and release schedules.
4. Issue Resolution - Identification and resolution of blockers impacting project progression.
5. Community Contributions - Discussion on recent community contributions, pull requests, and how to integrate these effectively.
6. AOB (Any Other Business) - Open floor for members to bring up new ideas, concerns, or announcements.
