Announcement and Issues

• Catriona filling in for David Booz as IBM representative (for now)

• Meeting with the MCP Context Forge team on Wednesday to learn about their plans and begin discussions about a potential embedding if needed.

• Discuss adding AGENTS.md to all repos (do ALL need it?).

• What are the top killer use cases and how can we make them easier (ex. operating dark factories)? Please think about this.

• Do we need all three VMs (N-1, N, N+1) in the LF Edge Community Lab?

• Talk to @Jeff Lu if you have any ideas about how to surface dynamic MCP results in a UI.

Documentation Working Group

• Discussed Helm 3 progress and need, what should be documented

• Discussed blessedSamples, need for documentation

• Updating documentation for installing edge cluster agent.

Meeting held 05-Jan with good attendance. Link
Started discussion about additional priorities

Management Hub Working Group

• WG meeting held last Thursday.
  Topics included Mgmt Hub integrations with partners (i.e. EdgeLake, AnyLog), MCP Gateway service, binary support for architectures other than amd64.

• The next WG meeting will be held Feb. 12th.
