Move gathering edge node files to that section. Does gathering edge node files happen before or after the installation?

From meeting:
• if you're doing a full installation, you're also installing the agent.
• So part of the Edge Node files is making sure you have the installation packages for the agent for all platforms.
• So you already need part of that to do the install in the first place.
