TSC 2025/10/01 (Akave-Filecoin-Integration)

This TSC meeting (Wed. Oct 1st) brings EdgeLake a step further in eliminating cloud dependency. With the integration of AnyLog, Akave, and Filecoin, we are building a complete edge-native data lifecycle:

• AnyLog provides the virtual data layer, making real-time data accessible without moving it to the cloud.

• Akave ensures secure device-to-device connectivity and hot storage.

• Filecoin delivers cost-efficient, decentralized archival for long-term cold storage.

This is more than a technical integration — it’s a foundation for end-to-end edge data management, combining real-time intelligence with secure, scalable storage. It positions EdgeLake as the platform that turns distributed data into a trusted resource for industries like smart cities, manufacturing, and energy, while keeping control at the edge.

We demoed and reviewed the integration approach, the technical progress so far, and outline dnext steps to expand testing and adoption across our partner ecosystem.
