TSC 2025/06/26 (WINNIIO Smart Buildings solution)

Danial Raza CTO at WINNIIO will present the solution he designed to handle temperature prediction and adjustments for smart public buildings in the city of Växjö in Sweden .

The solution leverage sensors (temperature, CO2 and humidity) to predict locally the future temperature and control heating, and also leverage the collected data to create and improve AI models. It helps save significant amounts of heating kWh, avoiding waste while improving the buildings users confort.

WINNIIO smart buildings solution has already been published as a EdgeLake use case, and its data and AI models were the base for the EdgeLake federated learning design and demos.
