Action items
To enable e2e-dev, need to switch the openhorizon/examples to openhorizon/open-horizon-services
Need co-ordination with open-horizon-services for multiarch
Need to guarantee new services are built for multiarchitecture
Then could move e2e-dev to use open-horizon-services services
Possible couple with moving away from IBM org
