Finding a replacement TAC sponsor?

• At LF Edge EoY summary, OpenBao had a single TAC sponsor since IBM had stepped down (likely as part of the acquisition or due to self-sponsorship).

• Alex to send mail to Kendall asking about this.

• Talk about stage 2 growth at next meeting.

Table planning advice?

• Banner, stickers, potential giveaway.

  • (Subscribe to ML?)

  • Social media post (#openbao) to raise awareness.

• Demos of setting up OpenBao, using it for static secrets, dynamic secrets, and PKI.

• FOSDEM '25 - (Feb 1 - 2, 2025), Brussels

  • Alex has an accepted talk, will be in attendance. Jan Martens from Dev WG will be attending.

• State of the Open Con - (Feb 4-5, 2025), London

  • Through a CNCF Ambassador (thanks Dotan!) was able to secure a free table for the project there. Alex will be in attendance.

• Open Source Summit NA - Jun 23-25, 2024 - Denver, CO, USA.
