To be proposed June 3 at the TSC meeting
Joseph Pearson would like to propose that the Open Horizon TSC vote to extend an invitation to Anylog to join the Open Horizon project as a Partner and voting member of the TSC.
Partners are companies, organizations, or other entities that have contributed substantially to the project and thus shown themselves to have a stake in its success.
- Anylog has created, consistently improved and maintained the “service-anylog”, now “service-edgelake”, repository since August, 2023 (nine months ago).
- Anylog worked with the Developer Examples Working Group on the Realtime Workload Metrics Feature Request (founded July 13, 2023) in the eponymous sub-group and met every other week for the last 10 months, meeting since August 14, 2023.
- Anylog has open-sourced their functionality as the EdgeLake project and joined LF Edge.
- Anylog worked with Open Horizon on demos and videos for ONE Summit 2024, attended the event, and presented the demos there.
On the strength of their continual involvement in Open Horizon and their work to embed EdgeLake functionality into our project, I’d like to propose that the TSC consider inviting them to join us as a Partner in the project.
