The policy may be defined in 3 levels. The enterprise, the project and the edge-node. The lower level can inherit the definition of the upper level to be scalable. For instance, in the enterprise the ‘reboot’ operation is not allowed, that applies to all the edge-nodes in the enterprise.
Initially, the API is defined to only allow two top level permissions, the device and application. We need to add more detail when we get some experience on the Edge-view usages.
